Weekly News website celebrates it’s first birthday!!!!
It’s more than six years ago that the weekly newsletter first went out via email. Initially there were no more than 30 subscribers but by the beginning of 2009 I was emailing over 600 subscribers on a weekly basis. With the changes and advancements in technology, I thought that I should stay in line by publishing the weekly newsletter online and therefore www.weeklynews.co.za was born. The first year has flown by and I hope that all those of you who chose to subscribe have found it a worthwhile way to spend R100!!! Judging by the frequency of the requests to remove adverts from the site, I will assume that horses, tack, cars, etc are selling fast!!!!
I have decided to add a few additional options to the offering for year ahead, please see below:
- Access to the weekly news website at a rate of R150 per year for private users and R350 per year for businesses. Once you have subscribed, you will be given a login and password and you will be able to access the website whenever you wish. The website is updated on a daily basis.
- For an annual subscription of R250 for private users and R400 for businesses, I will send out a weekly newsletter via email to your registered email address. This will happen on a Tuesday morning. There will be no repeats of adverts by default, if you would like to have an advert repeated, you will need to resubmit each time.
- Subscribers may advertise at no additional cost up to a value of R50 000. The advert will be loaded onto the website within a day of submission and will be sent out via the weekly news email in the edition after your submission.
- Cost of advertising for items in excess of R50 000 is R150 once off for as many repeats as required.
- Cost of advertising for non-subscribers is R100 for items valued at less than R50 000 and R150 for items in excess of R50 000 in value.
- Subscribers may request a link to their website at no additional fee.
I have opened the website for the month of March for those non-subscribers wishing to have a look around before committing. The login is All and the password is 123.
